Trade Reception
The traditional Trade Reception with cheese and wine will take place on Wednesday 29th September from 17.30 to 19.30 in the Exhibition Hall, providing an excellent opportunity for all participants to network with representatives from the exhibiting companies.
Ghost Walk tour in Old Town Edinburgh
After the Trade Reception, there will be an optional Ghost Walk tour of Old Town Edinburgh after which delegates are free to enjoy excellent Scottish hospitality at one of the restaurants on the list provided.
Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday 30th September in the magnificent surroundings of the Great Hall in the Royal College of Physicians and will be preceded by a Reception in the New Library.
After dinner entertainment will be provided by The John Allardice Ceilidh Sound, a top Scottish Ceilidh Band who have been playing together for over 20 years and full-time professionally for the past 12, providing top quality Scottish entertainment worldwide.
